Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a large influx of demand for postal services. Please understand that there may be some delays with shipping. Check with the courier on your order confirmation to see any updates for service to your country.

Shipping

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: Orders to the U.S. are shipped using DHL. Orders from Canada and other countries are shipped using Canada Post 

Q: Where are orders shipped from?

A: All orders are shipped from Surrey, BC, Canada.

Orders

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Each keyboard case is made to order, so it will take 3-5 business days for your order to proceed through production, quality assurance and packaging before your order is shipped. Pre-orders have their separate fulfillment dates and are posted on their respective product pages.

Q: When will items be restocked?

A: We don't have exact plans as to when items are stocked, it is best to keep an eye out on our website by signing up for updates.

 

Returns

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if a case has arrived damaged. Returns will not be accepted if it has been built in or been damaged by clear mishandling. Please contact me at kevin@keyz.io or the "Contact Us" page if you wish to make a return or exchange.
